Most other pseudo-Legendaries got at least one of those. You would think that the original Dragon Pokemon in the series--the Dragon used by Lance and other powerful trainers in various media--would have at least gotten a Mega Evolution. Hell, the Dratini line has even been completely excluded from two games this gen (Sword/Shield until Crown Tundra, and now Legends Arceus).
