How are you holding up day 2 into this year's winter storm? Do you still have power?
I was so worried about this morning because 8-9 AM was when the power was supposed to hit peak demand, but I still have power. Tomorrow's supposed to have a high of 44, and Sunday's supposed to have a high of 52. I think the worst is over.

I just went and bought Dying Light 2. Few places I still needed 4x4 because of it being like an ice rink. My Camry is frozen shut.

I still have power so far. It's supposed to get down into the 20s again tonight, so we'll have to see what happens. I've also been watching the ERCOT stats and it looks like we'll be OK this time around.

Last year, it got down into the teens and single digits. I think we'll be OK as long as it doesn't get that cold.

Thank fuck the roads will be less icy this afternoon so I can make a beer run.

It's cold. I want to go to the gym but I don't think I will today. Tomorrow though

The water line to my refrigerator seems to have frozen up last night, but I'm hoping it will thaw out this afternoon. Might have overestimated how well the ambient heat would reach into that corner of the house.
