I think my mental health is in shambles. I woke up pissed off at...something and I felt so agitated by midday that I almost wanted to call up a psychiatric hospital and get committed. I cooled off after that but I'm still bothered by how terrible my mental state is. I reached out to a crisis text line, which helped a little, but honestly I think I've got some deeper issues and it's starting to wear me down. --- Sometimes it's necessary to make people miserable, even if that means making yourself miserable in the process. ...
