I actually think I'm feeling a little bit better because of it tbh. Not like a huge "holy shit this has fixed everything" but, I do feel a bit less icky, especially first thing after waking up in the mornings.

Should note I haven't kicked caffiene altogether; just replaced them with coffee.

Yeah, I recently removed energy drinks from my diet as well. I was about the classic green monster for a long time, but after switching to the sugar free zero ultra monsters I can't stomach the regular ones anymore.

Those ended up being a habit as well, and they're pretty expensive so I'm on diet/zero sugar sodas now. Hoping to switch fully to coffee eventually to save even more money

Overall, just cutting out what amounted to like 90% of my sugar consumption has really helped a lot

For me it was usually the green Live Plus, but recently there's been no stock of the smaller cans of this anywhere with reasonable prices so I've switched to V.

But yeah. Last few days I've just been having coffee instead. I do add sugar, though not a ridiculous amount - less sugar than coffee powder, for sure. And I dunno whether it's the lack of fizzy drink, or some other ingredient in them but not coffee, or even just the fact that I'm having hot drinks instead of cold ones - I'm no doctor so I'm not going to try and diagnose a medical reason - but I definitely feel a bit better for it.
