Define "convinced". I can't think of anytime I've been on the fence about something and then have an ad change my mind. But I've seen a few ads for things, thought "that looks pretty neat" and bought it. For stuff like Youtubers or whatever, though, no. I've never bought anything hocked by them, and I've never downloaded Raid: Shadow Legends, lol. Idk but that stuff almost never interests me in the slightest. (Okay, I do have a standing subscription to Nord VPN. No, the best thing an ad has ever done to me is remind me of something that I already need/wanted to buy, but had forgotten about. Like, for example, I saw that Manning bros ad where they are eating Lays and it reminded me I wanted some salt and vinegar chips. Not Lays though, Humpty Dumpty brand lol.
