With the cultural lockdown over, theaters finally opened again and I could go watch it with my mom.

I only knew what had been in trailers, so there were quite a few surprises left for me.

Although the biggest surprise to me was that my mom did not recognize Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man, even with the costume, while she immediately recognized Tobey Maguire, even without the costume.

Overall it was a fun movie, that left me guessing at all times in what way it would be going.

Honestly, at 1 point I was expecting it to go full Ultimate with J. Jonah Jameson, although I feel he has not been around long enough to take it in that direction.
