She said she doesn't feel attractive anymore, and I said she looks more beautiful now than ever before. She said don't bullshit her and tell her the truth... So I agreed she got fat, but then said it's perfectly normal to get fat while pregnant. She started crying and stormed off to the bedroom... I was pretty confident throughout most of my pregnancy but I definitely had times where I felt awful about myself and it was hard to really believe my husband still found me attractive.
