Absolutely. I think in both its imagery and plot, what it conveys is so nihilistic and crushing that children probably shouldn't be exposed to it. Granted, catching it on TV or finding it online is a completely valid way for a minor to watch the movie. At that point they're actively seeking it out, and they're gonna get it anyway.
