Like in Power Rangers, where they all control different parts of the Megazord, or in any number of anime with multi-pilot mecha where one pilot controls movement, one controls weapons, etc.

Seems like the kind of co-op game that would be obvious, but I can't say I've heard of any.

I remember playing a Mechwarrior game or something during the 16 bit era where one person could control the legs while the other player could pilot the upper body.
