Good lord. I'm lucky I've been salary most of my career so 40 hours or less is the norm. I used to do 60-75 when I picked up a side job at Staples for some extra money. Did that for a couple years. 2-3 days a week I'd put in my 9 hours at my office, then work retail for 6 hours. Then an 8 hour retail on Saturdays.

It was really rough but I was determined to make some extra money so we could pay down our student/car loans and buy a house. Then I got my current IT job which was a nice $25k pay bump and quit Staples.

Ya during summer I work 60-65 hours a week. But considering I like both of my jobs I really dont mind it at all.

What are you're two jobs? I didn't mind the retail job honestly. My coworkers were fun, Staples is low stress compared to other retail places, and it was nice to work a mindless job after my office job that mentally exhausts me. The average 70 hours just caught up with my body. Thankfully my wife would have my 11:30pm dinner ready when I walked in the door and had us on a health kick so I had plenty of energy to manage for the most part.
