...still would have evolved? In a related , and interesting note, some paleontologists believe that present day north dakota which is home to many t rex fossils and other dinosaur fossils, was warm year round during that time, so similar to the climate of florida etc....

Likely not. Extinction events were all important in leading life where it's currently at.

Without them, things would be extremely different.

Mammals existed during thr dinosaur age but they didn't have much room for growth. I dont think humans would have evolved

I haven't seen it since the early 90s but i think the plot is that there is an alternate universe where reptiles evolved to civilization instead of humans

Mario and Luigi accidently wind up in that world. That's why Bowser is who he is. In the movie he is played by a human man. I think later in the movie he develops some cheap special effects to look more reptilian

Predator dinos made it impossible for mammals to evolve beyond tiny little rodent critters, so no.

there was much more oxygen in the atmosphere, which is why things were very big

giant humans would have evolved maybe.

I think aliens wiped out the dinos with an asteroid. Then the aliens injected their DNA into us to help us evolve. Or something like 2001 Space Odyssey.

No. The only reason mammals ever rose to prominence was the demise of the dinosaurs. If they never died out, mammals would've remained nocturnal bottom-feeders.

Yeah. I mean we would do something like that if we could. Unless we have Star Trek laws and can't interfere until they reach a certain development.

Extremely unlikely given the dominance of marine reptiles at the time. Hell, I don't think any marine mammals even EXISTED until millions of years after the dinosaurs died out.

There were tons of bipedal dinosaurs. Also birds are bipedal when walking and birds are dinosaurs.
