Or at least better than a lot of shit we've seen the last 15 years. Let Banjo in Smash, working close with Nintendo. Worked close with Valve, made the decision to just put Microsoft games on steam instead of forcing people to other stores. STarted launching all Xbox games on PC day 1. He just does obvious things that corporate bullshit usually gets in the way of.
