Does this sound like white privilege to you?

28 y/o Trailer Trash, Brandon Scott Price, an Army Veteran turned prison guard was offered a "once in a lifetime deal" after he was arrested and charged for RAPING a FEMALE INMATE as a Kentucky Judge said he will suspend his prison sentence IF he RE-ENLISTS to the ARMY!!

Price plead down a charge of sodomy to second degree assault and was sentenced to 12 months in the slammer, suspended for 2 years but Judge Thomas Wingate said he could stay out of prison if he re-enlists within 30 days and told him if he doesn't then he can report to the Franklin County Regional Jail

He said "You are under the gun, young man, You gotta do it. I see your record and you served this country proud and i don't want to see your life ruined. This is once in a lifetime chance to get out of prison and have this off your record"

This dates back in January 2019 when a female inmate said Price and other former staffers sexually assaulted her during what she caleld a medical emergency where she needed to be taken to a hospital

Price volunteered to take her there, ALONE which was a violation of prison's standards and practices

He stuck around the hospital with her for 5 hours all while making sexually charged comments and discussing his connections to parole officers

He offered her a chance to get an early release in exchange for ORAL SEX and then pulled over the van and assaulted her while she was in handcuffs

Price said he made a "stupid mistake" and "let a female inmate touch me inappropriately" where he was later arrested

Wingate said the young man was getting a HUGE BREAK and he made a terrible mistake which he knows cost the county money but said this was a good way to redeem himself

Social media was quick to voice outrage writing the judge should be in jail with price and that someone needs to send a mesage to wingate over the sentence

Price is highly unlikely to enlist however as army rules an applicant is ineligble if they have a civil conviction or adverse disposition or any other reason through a civil or criminal court.

He can try to get a waiver but will need to demonstrate sufficient mitigating circumstances to justify it

I don't think the judge even has the authority to do that at all. Unless the US Army is really just a daycare for 28 year old sex offenders.

Daycare implies they care, it's more of a sex offender free for all
