so all the other actors are great actors, like really good

but they just all feel like they're "actor real", like yeah they could probably be a real person given the circumstances, but they don't ever feel "real real", like an actual real person

jeremy renner as hawkeye, however, feels like a "real real" person. like he feels like he is a regular dude just doing his job begrudgingly (well that actually is his character, so i mean, still though). like if you met this man, given the circumstances, you would absolutely immediately think he was a real person, and not an actor person

I was never as impressed by Jeremy Renner as much as other people in the MCU, but I haven't seen Hawkeye yet

However, from a technical standpoint, the MCU's best actor was probably one of the huge-named award winners who were in lesser roles. Anthony Hopkins, for instance, has won two Oscars.

Between Hawkeye and Mayor of Kingstown, Jeremy Renner really endeared himself to me over the past couple of months, fantastic in both series.

The two episodes of Louie called into the woods that have Jeremy renner in them are so fuckin good

Hawkeye definitely finally gives him more room to really explore the character, and he does a fantastic job with it.

I've seen him in movies before, but it was actually a movie called Kill the Messenger where I realized this dude is a really good actor. He was also great in Wind River, which was created by Taylor Sheridan who also had a hand in Mayor of Kingstown.

I'd say RDJ was the best actor by far. He even had a serious flair for style and comedy. The only one even close was Chris Pratt. I grade them by how entertaining they are. RDJ seemed to be everyone's favorite.

I did like Renner best in the Bourne movie he did though. I think he outdid Damon and I have all the movies. I'm always going back to his. I love the story better and he's just more my style.
