Been working out now for 8 weeks straight. I do well mon through fri but end up splurging on weekends. This past weekend was the worst splurge of all.

Its monday today, I'm gonna tighten things up. Consistent working out and calorie deficit.

I've been pretty steady with my routine the past 8 months and it's been working well.

Had a shoulder injury that put me off push work for 2 months but back on track for that now.

I guess my "secret" was not to overcommit and just be realistic. I'd love to do a 6 day PPL but realistically I get in 4 good days and that's it.
