Nah. Every show shouldn't be the exact same. Peacemaker is great but it's not the tone every show should emulate.

Maybe not every show but we definitely need more shows like this. The success of Peacemaker and The Boys should show production companies that TV-MA superhero shows have a big audience.

The first 3 episodes already puts it ahead of all of those, huh? I like it, but not gonna blow my load until the season is at least out.

nothing wrong with Marvel wanting to be family friendly. These are superhero movies/shows that kids should be able to enjoy their parents.

Disney needs to go to the Netflix comic shows. Jessica Jones, Daredevil and the Punisher are great

They already know that, which is how this, Deadpool, the Boys, Invincible, etc got greenlit. But they don't need to make the mistake of copy/pasting this formula onto properties it doesn't fit (see: MoS aping the Nolan tone.)

Its good and I love the opening, but its not better than WandaVision or Loki so far. It feels like this style of humor could get old really fast

The mcu shows feel like big nothing burgers. Flat characters with terrible terrible villains and dumb plot payoffs

It's actually good? I thought peacemaker was funny enough in the movie but I didn't actually have the expectation that he would be able to carry a full show as the lead.

Way too soon to say, but its off to a great start.

How have I not heard of this show. There really needs to be a place to see what new good shows are coming out or have come out so that we can save it for later viewing.

*googles* oh it's brand new. Wait it's a spin-off from that ss movie? Hmm I dunno... I like james gunn and enjoyed guardians of the galaxy, but I rarely bother to watch any dc movies. Last one I watched and kinda liked was Shazam, it was okay.

I like the boys and the amazon prime superhero shows. I also like Doom Patrol (save for that one weak link character) which happens to be DC. Would I like this show, and by extension should I take the plunge and watch the new movie? I absolutely despise their margot robbie hq, can't imagine the concept of the character in principle being likable.

I like it but I think it showcases the best and worst of James Gunn. Also the music is God awful, even if its intentional.
