Meanwhile, Ridley and crew arent surviving against an intelligent being with technology who can turn invisible and hunts for sport. They werent soldiers to begin with. And even if they managed to down the Predator, it'd just blow the whole ship up. Still would probably have to deal with the Company being willing to kill everyone to capture it though.
