Not a chance. I love playing vidya, but kreation holds none of the charms of konsumption, even ignoring modern day krunch n abuse and whatnot.

I've made some small indie games. Even that was stressful, would hate to do it as a job.

I used to, before I went college for it and had to drop out due to poor performance.

Turns out I'm more of an idea guy. Got tons of those kicking around in my head.

For a few months in 2008-2009. I went to DeVry in Irving, Texas for game design, but despite being told that I would only be given classes relevant to the course, I was immediately hit with multiple classes that were completely irrelevant.

I still tried my best, but I just couldn't pull it off.

yeah imo that's how most college classes are, even more than half of em are not related to what you want to go into. What kind of fluff courses were they though?

Advanced English and advanced mathematics are what remain in my mostly vanished memories. From what I can remember, the English class wasn't too bad, really, because English was always one of my better subjects, but I've always been fuckin' abysmal at anything beyond basic math, no matter how hard I studied.

I do some fan mission created stuff for Thief 2 and while I enjoy it as a hobby, I wouldnt do it for work. Making games is fickle as hell, especially when bugs present themselves and the like.

Ive always wished that I could make a Streets of Rage style game butt with donkeys. They would have ass-themed names like Bad Ass, Dumb Ass, Wise Ass, etc., and have specific pros and cons relevant to their names. Like maybe Bad Ass would move a bit slower than average, but he would have super armor so he could tank a hit without it interrupting his actions.
