Good take. At the end of the day you can't force a woman one way or the other.

I dunno? I kinda think that's up to each couple to decide for themselves. Like he should not have the ultimate say ever. But if they're in a serious relationship, at least a discussion on the matter should the need ever arise maybe? I've discussed the matter with several of my boyfriends I was serious with, so that's just my personal experience I guess.

I voted No btw.

depends on what you mean by "say".

if you mean he can be against it and air his grievances, then yea, for sure, but if you mean that he should have some control in the decision making process, then no.

"A say" is weasel wordy. WTF does that mean?

Ultimately it should be up to the woman who is carrying the fetus inside of her to decide.

But obviously she should take the father's feelings/opinion into account when she makes that decision.

I would hope the girl doesn't even tell me, if that's her plan. Cause why are you gonna put me through this psychological mindfuck just to not allow me to have a say in the end. So, it's not really the mans decision. But there's ways a woman should go about it to also consider that the man isn't just an emotionaless robot about it.

We are doing a disservice to young women. Many have become convinced that if they have a boyfriend/family that is pro-choice, that means they should face zero judgment in their personal lives if they choose to abort. It's like, just because free speech exists, that doesn't mean you can say whatever you want to your significant other with no consequences. You also can't necessarily abort with no consequences.

I guess it would be nice to have a conversation, but the man's opinion ultimately does not matter.

Yeah I was asking if he should have some control in the decision making process or not.

Depending on relationship status and it's a healthy pregnancy the father should have to sign a consent form. Imagine a couple happy about being parents then the mom suddenly flips the script and decides to abort. I don't plan on having kids but that would bother me if it happened.

He has no legal right to the mom's body, the only fucked up thing is thinking you have any right thinking you can say what a person can or cannot do with their own body

Her body her choice, however the guy should be able to opt out of a child support.
