Any ideas?

I kinda want to make a hot drink, but a cold one would work too. I tried apple juice, the moonshine, and hot water with a cinnamon sugar rim, but it was too watery. So then I basically just did a hot toddy but with the moonshine instead of whiskey, and I figure that with the cinnamon sugar rim, two lemon slices, and a cinnamon stick would be good. Thinking about calling it the vaccine.

anybody have any thoughts?

Definitely an option.

Im currently thinking apple moonshine, cranberry juice, sprite, splash of lime juice. Cran-apple moonshine drink.

I also have butterscotch schnapps so I might try a sweet dessert caramel apple drink (even though its actually butterscotch)

Salted caramel mix was going to actually be my first suggestion. Popular one at home here is Crown salted caramel and Jim Beam apple, but I'd also think the butterscotch and moonshine would substitute decently. Since you mentioned a hot drink, do you have access to an actual apple cider? Could cut down on the wateriness from splitting it between juice and water if so. The hot toddy equivalent does sound intriguing, though, and I may try that myself next time I have everything, lol.

Crown salted Carmel and Jim beam apple and thats it? Is it a shooter or on the rocks? Or chilled?

I just made a shooter with the butterscotch, appleshine, and a single vanilla creamer (like for coffee) with a cinnamon sugar rimmed glass. Could absolutely call it an apple Jack shot, like the cereal

Generally on the rocks, but I suppose it's also flexible, yeah. The Jim Beam has a little more bite to balance the sweetness of the Crown, as opposed to doubling up with apple Crown as well. I guess you could consider it more of a concept than a specific fine-tuned recipe. (It's generally just a quick make for friends and family, for reference, not anything professional by any means, heh.)

Oooh, I like the sound of that. Using coffee creamer like that is actually something I've dabbled in as a substitute for general cream in a few things as well. Usually White Russians as a way of adding an additional flavor twist depending on the specific creamer, but also a few other times as well.

The answer is vodka.

You should try hamms and the moonshine. Call it "The Pig's Apple".

apple makes sense... but how do you get the "pie" flavour?

Cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or some extra sweetness, mostly. Think about the difference between how a plain apple tastes and how apple pie filling tastes.

I think that's from the molasses used as a binding agent... so maybe some molasses (rum) would help

The moonshine, bourbon, triple sec, and sprite.

I've had that with apple pucker and it was really good. The moonshine should be just as good, and stronger.

Molasses isn't a binding agent, nor is it really common in apple pies (except what's in brown sugar). Apple pie filling generally doesn't need added binding agents, since enough pectin comes out of the apples to thicken it enough.

That said, apples and molasses are a great combo, so throwing some in to an apple-based cocktail would be great.

It's not a binding agent there, either. It's also not really necessary; all a pie crust needs is flour, fat, and water. Anything else is just for extra flavour.
