It just always felt like the effort wouldn't be worth the payoff, plus many things I tried to rig like that just flat out failed and I didn't see why that would be different. The only time I would have needed this is when I played Halo 2 with a guy that memorized the respawn points. So after he killed me the first time, he'd kill me as soon as I spawned for the rest of the match...
