When wearing a wrist watch, why do some people wear the watch backwards, IE with the face facing the inside of your wrist as opposed to the outside.

This hides the face which is the center piece of the watch. Is this just a boomer thing or do people actually do this when they go out in public?

I find it more natural and comfortable

I wear mine on my dominant hand with the watch on top of my wrist, just always felt natural to be there.
