Good Morning America I think I understand you anxious people a little more now. It was all bad, scary, disturbing "news" followed by opinions from the reporters themselves. This is like satire from Hunger Games or something, it's that ridiculous This isn't staying in the loop, this is purposely making yourself scared --- Until you give up the idea that happiness is somewhere else, it will never be where you are ... I know someone who deliberately avoids the news for much the same reasons. He once claimed Trump would have instituted a mask mandate in heartbeat if the Democrats hadn't stopped him.
