I'm way calmer and more mature than my 20s. I'll probably never match up with the drive and testosterone of a 20 year old athlete anymore but I'm in the best physical shape of my life. As long as you take care of yourself, men tend to age gracefully, and we still look great with gray hair and some wrinkles. Financially, and maturely, you're probably gonna peak more in your 40s and 50s. I work out now and didn't used to back then, so my physique is more defined (tall and trim). I'm extremely fast with my sprints faster than Ive ever been, and Im lifting a lot more weight than I did in my 20's. Eyesight is still 20/10, best in the world. haven't had it decrease at all, people still force me to stop once I hit 20/20 but I can go further down etc. I hope Im still like this at 45, well see.
