There's no need, and... it's impossible not to, I made a suite of connected spreadsheets the team uses to organize and keep track of their workflow, as well as use for any problem alerts, as well as generates invoices for our contracted consultants services rendered, which all feeds into a generated master sheet to communicate my entire teams throughput and current state at a glance.
