What a Ride! This thing took over my life for the last week or so.

Anyway, something like the 40th attempt, took 40min. Was alot of fun. Actually I went for a build that I never thought would work, which was the Zeus lightning dodge build. It just kept working out though with everything in my favor. Only spent one life on Hades himself also. It was great!

Afterwords, I immediately beat him again with an Exploding lightning spear build, with about 40% extra damage from Thanatoses butterfly charm. Felt like Zeus himself putting down his brother. And yet, it still wasnt as good as the first dodge build.

Anyway, game was ALOT of fun. Wonder what some other good builds are.

Congrats m8 now go do it another 1000 times.

That's kinda the point of the game? You get like a final scene after 10 though.

Well you complete the main story after 10 wins. If you want to unlock the epiloge though....

Roguelikes are meant to be replayed and you seem to have enjoyed the gameplay, so why not? Plus there's a shitton of dialogue and other things you haven't seen, assuming you just don't call it quits here and look up the rest on YT. Finishing the game at least 10 times for the actual ending/credits is worth it imo. I enjoyed it enough for the epilogue but that takes a while.

Wonder what some other good builds are.

From memory:

• the fists with athena's regular attack boom - basically invincible
• the shield with doom
• The bow that shoots multiple attacks at a single target, with artemis

You have to do 10 full runs to beat the game. After the first time, I could make it through about every other run
