Do I just look on psychology today and email guys that look good? What kind of stuff should I look for? Should I try to get someone closer to my age/gender or is that worse? What should I include in the introductory email?

The prospect of having to go through like 5 guys to find someone good sounds exhausting but I need to start I guess. If relevant I want help for social anxiety and maybe with an ADHD diagnosis
