Lets say that during a heated argument or w/e, Scotty Rogers or a random person decides to call someone a CHILD MOLESTOR or PEDO during an E Debate! It could be a twitter argument, argument on gamefaqs, or argument on reddit or youtube. But the point is that the random user decides to throw out accusations like this in order to troll/get under their skin Can you actually get sued for calling people certain words or making false accusations about what they do? ... Notwithstanding the merit (or lack thereof) of the allegations, you would need to prove that the accusations had caused you measurable injury.
