Overall, pretty good horror flick.

My problems with it:

• they really gloss over the original Candyman death. The movie definitely told and didn't show so it lost all impact like it had the in the original
• the ending is fucking stupid

I thought it was alright, but tbf, I didn't like the first one, so I thought it was just a matter of me but being into that kinda horror.

I was surprised about the whole multiple Candymen thing, though, but maybe I missed something about the earlier movies, and that was already established.

Yeah, the ending was rushed to hell. And I didn't like the multiple Candyman hive thing either.

lol I actually like the idea that each victim of brutality and violence was another bee in the hive.

I thought it really played into the symbolism they were trying to establish with the bees.
