This year Im making about 50k/yr which realistically means with rent+bills+food+gas+car insurance Ill be left over with about.. 27/26k? Another year of this shit and Ill finally be able to buy a home, live in some renovated ass basement, and rent the fuck out of 3 floors.. this will be maybe in 2023/4? Then maybe Ill pursue my bachelors full force once I can phase out rent out of existence Feels food meng, I splurged so much on clothes cause I really needed to update my wardrobe lol but I think Im set as far as things I need to buy #lifefaqs --- It's-a-me! Budgeting right now, only to realize that my student loan servicer went out of business and apparently transferred my loan to another servicer... except that new servicer has no record of my loan. Awesome to have goals for yourself like that. It helps to build a spreadsheet to track your spending and saving. I always do one each year and put everything on there as for monthly spending and what we should be saving. Make a list for yourself as to what your overall goals are then break them down into smaller goals to attain for yourself and what timeframe you want to achieve them by. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Nice, best of luck. There is a restaurant that is opening near me. It turns out, I know the owner's daughter. But furthermore, it turns out they are highering my favorite bartender. I can envision myself working there at some point.
