If you watched the video, they already said almost all the locations are complete. These are handcrafted locations, not the same. After this just comes the quests and NPCs, which should be a lot more faster to do since they just need port all the voices and scripts over. And even if they abandon the project for some weird reason, another team of modders will eventually no doubt pick up where was left off, since so much was completed already Also this is a project made out of passion and love by fans purely alone.
