Actors really need to stop just responding to questions on how you got jacked for a role with Well just chicken, broccoli, rice, and working out 3x a day for 6 months!!! Really sets people up for body dysmorphia when they dont know actors also have a doctor supplying them with steroids. I remember everyone ( even myself) laughing at Robert Pattinson for refusing to bulk up for Batman.
