It was about a guy quitting a fast food job because he they kept scheduling him to get off at 11pm and then having to return at 6am. Another poster came in and flamed him. He claimed he was a bartender for 3 years and would routinely get off at 3am and then return to work at 6am. He says his strong work ethic got him references and now he makes 130k per year in a sales job somewhere. He feels that if you don't want to sacrifice sleep while you're young you won't get anywhere in life and you have poor work ethic. I would literally tell them to kiss my ass and refuse to show up for those hours. The only people I ever worked with who worked these hours were shift managers on salary, and they would get home after midnight and have to get up at 4am to open. Thats harmful to your mental and physical health and nobody should have to do it.
