I honestly feel like tearing my hair sometimes with new borns, but realize that the power dynamics with babies aren't the same with adults lol. When they cry you basically have to play guesswork in trying to stop it, and then come to the realization sometimes that you can't stop it. I remember it really sucking growing my permanent teeth, so I really feel for babies growing their first set. We never could get our daughter to use a pacifier in general. I guess it's better that way, but we could only get her to use one for like the first month or so and then never again. My kid didn't get his first tooth until 8 months. And he still only has 1 at almost a year lol. I'm starting to worry he doesn't have anymore coming.
