I love Lego, but for an actual house lego is just not a good building material.
No insulation, plus I feel like it would break easily. No Lego inspired building materials (interlocking bricks, size of cinderblocks) might be different, sure, so long it solves issues like insulating the house, and being able to run pipes and electricals

This has been done before. One of the main problems is that its basically impossible to insulate so the house is often either freezing or boiling. It was also not waterproof either. It was also incredibly uncomfortable and poorly lit because the guy stuck with a 100% lego brick build but if you cheated a bit you could solve most of those problems, I guess.
