I workout almost everyday but I also dont have dependents. Its a reasonable excuse in todays society. Work takes up too much time.

Yeah, this. It's often not literally time, but more just exhaustion, stress, and depression making it really hard to work yourself up to it.

It's hard for me to workout because it's boring as hell for me. The only thing that pushed me to doing it was when I was in the dating scene. I'm married now and it becomes a drag to even do cardio. The only thing that pushes me forward to exercise is trying to be a good healthy role model to my newborn daughter and pumping 80's rock music in my ears to make it like some montage.

Yeah I work 12.25 hours a day and seldom get more than one day off at a time. My job ranges from extremely stressful to extremely boring which leaves me still tired as fuck when I get home. Go get locked in a building with nothing to do but walk and stare at things for 12 hours. You'll be tired.

The main problem is that people automatically associate working out with making a 2.5 hour round trip to a busy gym to lose the last of your energy reserves. That's why people think they can't make time for it.

It can be 30 minutes a day at home and it should have a tonic effect on your energy levels.

Tbh this was it for me. I was a gym rat during college, my part time jobs and wfh stages. Being in the office 5 days a week, I was only going to the gym on weekends. I've since switched to working out at home and it's been great
