It's hard for me to workout because it's boring as hell for me. The only thing that pushed me to doing it was when I was in the dating scene. I'm married now and it becomes a drag to even do cardio. The only thing that pushes me forward to exercise is trying to be a good healthy role model to my newborn daughter and pumping 80's rock music in my ears to make it like some montage. --- DI MOLTO! ... My job ranges from extremely stressful to extremely boring which leaves me still tired as fuck when I get home. The main problem is that people automatically associate working out with making a 2.5 hour round trip to a busy gym to lose the last of your energy reserves. That's why people think they can't make time for it. Being in the office 5 days a week, I was only going to the gym on weekends.
