Hornswoggled 12/26/21 1:40:12 PM #3:	I saw it in theaters back when it came out and was very disappointed. I've softened up to it a bit, after a time, but it's still not that great. The very worst thing about the movie for me was Harry. Harry becoming the Green Goblin was so built up, starting from the end of the first movie, and THIS is what they do with it? It should have been an entire movie by itself. Not just a side-plot in a movie full of side-plots. I also hated the "New Goblin" costume, the soap opera plotting of him getting very convenient amnesia so he won't be a problem when all the other plot stuff is happening, and I didn't care for him becoming Spideman's buddy in the end. The Harry stuff should have been left out entirely and just focused on the Sandman, symbiote/Venom stuff. Save Harry for another movie. <cite>Hornswoggled posted [p:961227571] in SyFy is sh... Apparently the Venom stuff got added in due to executive meddling and Raimi had to make a lot of things happen in a single movie. Although his story feels incomplete because his main problem, his daughter's illness, is never resolved in the end. Isn't he just gonna go and try and steal more money?
