My grandmother said it yesterday about something and I was actually kinda shocked. Hadn't heard it since highschool

I still say it but I dont use it out in public or anything. Usually I find better words, but my middle school rage appears in moments of weakness

Its good to see us evolving. Im not for canceling and banning language, but growing up that word was something we used so often when in actuality its pretty hurtful.

Like we all knew racial slurs were horrible, but the R word, M word and all of the homophobic slurs people would spew always had a pass somehow.

This is purely anecdotal, but I think the word is making a slight comeback. I've recently heard it a few times. Nothing like circa 2005, but it is no longer extinct.

I just swap it out with whatever is the current PC appreciate term in the current day. It sounds silly as fuck when you say it, but thats the point.

It's kind of odd watching older videos from YouTube personalities and hearing that word used. I'm glad that it's gone. I don't think that anybody needs to be retroactively canceled over it. But I will say screw anyone who still uses it as an insult.

This is pretty much how I feel. It's one thing for kids in middle school and high school to use it to insult other people, but I look down upon those that are at least in their 20s that use it in that matter.

Meanwhile moron, imbecile, stupid, and idiot are fair game.

A lot of it comes from aging out. When that wombo thing took off I saw some teen-centric chats with the word flying around a lot.
