I am a whore for oranges or grapes.

Favorite snack is yellow bell peppers or cucumbers with salt and pepper on them. I can also eat avocado by itself.

Favorite cooked is probably artichoke or corn.

I'm down for just about any kind of fruit. I'm not really sure I have a favorite.

For vegetables, you can't beat properly cooked Brussels sprouts. I also really like pickled beets.

Fruit: Bananas. Lazy af to eat. Don't even need to wash 'em!

Vegetable: Spinach. Also lazy af. Throw it a blender with some fruits/veggies that retain water or just throw it a boiling pot and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Fruits - Bananas, definitely. Also like pineapple, pears, and peaches to some extent.

Veggies - I might as well face it, I'm addicted to spuds.

Like the other brassicas, if you overcook them they get mushy and release sulfur compounds that smell bad and taste worse. You should never boil Brussels sprouts, they should be roasted or sauteed.

I make Brussels sprouts by cutting up some bacon and cooking it to render out the fat. I then set the meat part aside and use the fat to sautee the sprouts and some onions until they're al dente, soft but still with a bit of a bite. Then I mix the bacon meat back in. I like to serve it over rice.

If you don't want meat, you can saute the sprouts and onions in olive oil. Then make some pasta and when you drain it, reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water which you stir into the sprouts to thicken it into a sauce.

My roommate was a Brussels sprouts hater until I made him the pasta above. Totally turned his opinion around.

I don't mind the meat. I like bacon. Though, I'm not a fan of onions...
