My upbeat friend growing up has seen him, and so has my wife. Its freaky for me because I already knew about the Hat Man legend because my friend would tell me he has seen him. So imagine how I felt when one day my wife says she saw him even though she doesnt know about Hat Man.

There have been quite a few supernatural occurrences since weve started dating. Just yesterday I was telling my brother and sister-in-law about the giant. It wasnt our first supernatural experience. Actually, it was so far into the list of shit weve seen that I brushed it off, and that would be a key aspect of the story.

One night I woke up in the middle the night. Just to turn my head. We slept on a mattress in the bedroom, and you could see all the way through the apartment to the living room. Well there, in the living room, was a large dark figure. Wasnt hat man but it was like a juiced up dark specter. Since this wasnt my first rodeo, and since I was tired af I basically thought, If youre going to do something then do it or else Im going to bed cause Im fucking tired.

I actually forgot all about it and went to work the next day. My wife and I would text each other throughout the day and sent me a text that was kinda like this, We need to get bounty towels after work today. Oh! And there was a giant in the living room last night.

She had seen him, too. And remember, I forgot all about it and didnt discuss it with her. Thats what makes these situations so crazy I actually have someone to collaborate these events. But wtf are they? I use to shrug them off as Sleep Paralysis combined with REM but I doubt two people can go through that AND see the same damn things. Wtf.

Shadow people I have heard of. The Hat Man I'm not as familiar with. I think it's a figure that is common among people that experience sleep paralysis.

Never saw a shadow person but I saw a shadow cat once.
