Learned that my 15 y old niece is also gay, first lgbt family member to connect to.

I revealed I also love makeup and play with it, so rest of family learned about the hobby, but it was weird to show dad my makeupped face.

Niece and I talked about makeup for 3 hours, She donated lots to me.

We got an unexpected connection, she has lots of problems with mental health, so does my sister, we talked a lot about that, I also have problems but handling it better these days.

I put on eye makeup on my sister, first time I do someone elses makeup, she liked it, niece approved it as well.

I learned some childhood traumas I was in that I cant remember which can explain my problems a bit.

Lots of crying

Niece told me that this has meant extremly much for her.

Its 3 am and I cant sleep but this is prob one of the best chirstmases ever

Didnt really dawn on me until today that depsite how supportive our family is, they cant really understand this fully, despite how much they try.
