1) The first 20 minutes could have just been taken out. Applying for colleges and getting rejected? Boooring. They could have shown them writing an application - then a bit later in the movie Peter could have done a quick line like "M.J, I have to do this for us - we didn't get accepted into any colleges we applied at! Spiderman is ruining your chance to live a normal life!" and they could have clipped the entire thing with just that.

2) Green Goblin was best part of the movie. and him saying "the line" (you know the one - I'm quite a bit of a scientist myself) was great. LOL

3) Aunt Mae dying was whatever. Happy being in the movie at all was whatever.

4) Electro was okay I guess. Doc Oc was great! Sandman was whatever. Honestly Green Goblin was all I wanted to watch after his first showing in the film.

5) Tobey Mac and Andrew Garfield stole the movie from Holland in the last 1/3 of it. LOL. Greatness.

6) Overall, A- movie. One of the better Marvel films. It did not take itself seriously, and the entire thing was one giant fanservice - but was done really well.

7) Oh, and the Venom post-credit scene was whatever. I was wondering how he left a tiny little piece of venom on the countertop, but "things just happen" in the MCU so whatever.

No time paradoxes. That's my guess.

Andrew may have stolen the show a bit but Tobey did not. Some of you just see what you want to see but Tobey was either rusty or phoned it in. He wasn't bad at all but definitely in this movie the distant third Spiderman. Hell he didn't even have one line with Goblin. His one line with Octopus was pretty nice though

I thought Electro was done well or at least better than he originally was. It was just Jamie Fox but it worked for a secondary villain

Tobey had the funniest line in the movie after he gets stabbed. I was laughing heartily
