Every time I puke I worry about not getting enough air, passing out, and choking to death on my own vomit.

How much did you drink?

I dunno how I ended up becoming so neurotic, but its full-blown now.

it feels like it is a weird thing to worry about but i definitely do have that thought enter my head whenever i puke

it's never come close though because idk i guess humans are meant to be able to survive vomiting long enough to be able to get air between blowing chunks

When you finished throwing up, did you start having muscle spasms? My body starts wigging out when I get rid of too much fluid too quickly.

Nervous Vomit is the worst and turns into a vicious cycle.
I've been there believe me.

Was it the food or were you just in a good headspace?

Never thought the vomiting was the worst aspect of the experience. For me, it's the pre-vomitory nausea, cold sweating, weakness, and dizziness.

Yeah this too. Whether a hangover/too drunk or food illness, anytime I've vomited I've known for a fact that I would feel way better after vomiting, but I still take forever to get myself to actually vomit because the vomiting itself sucks. Short term pain for long term relief. Much better to rip the bandaid off early instead of sitting perfectly still feeling nauseous and trying to feel better by sipping teeny amounts of water and constantly shifting position because you feel nauseous.

I spazz a little bit at the end but it's more like a shiver. I would assume it's normal as far as vomiting is concerned.

Sometimes I think the adrenalin is part of it.

I've never come close to that but I would occasionally vomit so hard some of it came out of my nose, that fucking sucked.

My abdominal muscles do that sometimes when I throw up, especially if its bad. Feels like Im getting jabs thrown to the stomach.

I throw up incredibly violently, and always tear my throat. I get to puke blood for a while, then cough it up randomly for a few hours/days.

Understandable. If I force myself to throw up right before a headache turns into a migraine, it has a... 75% chance or so of just completely getting rid of it.

Sucks the most when the puke comes outta your nose too and then your nose is on fire for what feels like 3747374374737 years

I've only puked twice. Once cause I was sick and once cause I ate a whole pizza, which was weird cause I had experience eating a whole pizza, I guess it was just too large that instance.

Did you guys ever have a bad experience with a particular food and now cant look at it? My dad got nauseous around bananas because of a bad experience with one.

It's easy to eat. I don't eat seafood cause I got a fishbone in my throat once and it turned into a blanket ban on anything from the sea. It's gross and I never liked the smell and taste of fish anyway.

Food poisoning from mussels. I would rather ingest the soupy contents of a dysentery latrine than eat mussels again. (Admittedly, after the first spoonful of diseased human shit, I might change my mind.)
