Yeah this too. Whether a hangover/too drunk or food illness, anytime I've vomited I've known for a fact that I would feel way better after vomiting, but I still take forever to get myself to actually vomit because the vomiting itself sucks. Short term pain for long term relief. Much better to rip the bandaid off early instead of sitting perfectly still feeling nauseous and trying to feel better by sipping teeny amounts of water and constantly shifting position because you feel nauseous.

When you finished throwing up, did you start having muscle spasms? My body starts wigging out when I get rid of too much fluid too quickly.
I spazz a little bit at the end but it's more like a shiver. I would assume it's normal as far as vomiting is concerned.
