Non-technical stuff - Got a WFH job offering $16 with more tasks directly related to IT - Now current employer wants to counter by moving me to the IT department. Initially told them I want $16 (because they caught me in a state of inebriation), but mentioned later that WFH is a huge benefit for me since my car is old and I'd be willing to stay for $18-$20.
