You just reach in and move them. Being skinny with balls, my problem is that sometimes I tuck my legs under me and end up heeling my own balls. I wonder how much monks heel their own balls. I mean like you're aware of them with light blankets in the summer but the rest of the time it's only noticeable if you're tossing and turning or struggling to find a comfortable position. That or if you try sleeping in a bra because you're exhausted.

Basically though they're soft and warm and I love holding my hands against them.
