The few people I have heard talking about it are basically saying it's still in beta and needs a bunch of stuff balanced, that there will be more stuff in Jan but right now there isn't really any endgame content. I have not heard great things about character creation/advancement and pretty much have not heard anything extremely positive (Some stuff is decent, but nobody so far has been like, woah, this is awesome).
