Eating enough calories is hard you guys. I feel like I understand Clench more now, but I just don't think I have the stomach to have four eggs and half a gallon of milk every day

How's your fitness

If you're trying for a high protein diet then maybe put protein powder in the milk and eliminate the eggs to help it easier?

I have a small stomach so that's what I do since I can't eat that much per day like most people.

Or are you saying that it isn't enough per day? Not sure if you're trying to loose weight after re-reading what you typed. Sorry.

Bad... Which is good considering I have a PT test sometimes within the next couple of weeks. I'm going to fail... But I would have, anyway... My feet/legs/ankles have been hurting for a few years... So, there's that...

I'm saying that it's hard to eat enough to gain weight. Well at least while eating somewhat healthy. If I ate a bunch of sugar that would make it a lot easier but that's not good

It can be. I know there are certain sites that help with it, apparently. Some people at work use them. A lot of them try to bulk up sometimes

I used to think there were people that could eat whatever they wanted and not gain weight. But it turns out we just had different definitions for eating whatever you want.

My fitness is fine. I scared to push myself on squats and deadlifts because I'm insecure that my form isn't good enough and I'll hurt myself.

And calories you just need a routine. You have meal times and snack times.

You could try the sumo diet. It's basically just rice with meat or fish, and you eat until your jaw is too sore to continue.

Feeling full is no excuse to stop. Just keep eating; your stomach will expand.
