I had a manager on our team that I thought was pretty great. She seemed really forward thinking. She ended up leaving for another team and I was sad as I was looking forward to working to help bring her ideas to fruition.

I thought about following but my cognitive function is low eight now and I cant afford to give up the rep I have on this team and start over.

How do yall feel?

No, but I could imagine so. I've never wanted to follow a manager to a different job, but at my chain of retail stores, there have been a few managers i've loved working with, who i totally would switch to their store if a position I wanted opened up.
