I personally use a lightly wet paper towel to cover it, to keep any accidental splatter and keep it moist. Good for heating up buns and the like as well.

You didn't need an alt to say that, I openly admit that reheated food somehow tastes better than eating it fresh sometimes. Sometimes day after meals of pasta, burgers, or what have you just taste yummier
